How often should drain lines be cleaned?

Drain lines are probably not something you think about – until you have a problem. While most homeowners only need to clean their drains on an as-needed basis, you might want to consider periodically having your drain lines checked. If we have been to your home before to clear a drain line, your home is 30 years or older, or you have purchased a new home, consider talking to us about a preventative schedule so you don’t end up in an emergency situation!

Once you have had a drain line issue, you become aware of the warning signs of a clog. It is important to understand that clogs begin to form long before those warning signs occur. Scheduling periodic drain cleanings is the best way to prevent serious issues. Regular drain cleanings will help improve the longevity of your drain lines and keep everything functioning the way it should. It is also a great way to uncover things that may become a much larger problem down the road. Using our camera, we can look at what is going on inside your line. We will be able to see if there is root intrusion or identify any structural integrity issues with the drain line.

It’s a great time to talk to us about whether a preventative drain cleaning schedule is right for you. Give Advanced Drain Line Solutions a call to discuss the best option for your situation! We are ready to help!
